There is a strong community commitment in Berrien County to helping others. Organizations like the Nashville-Berrien Rotary Club, Berrien County Family Connections and Communities in Schools, the Caring Place, and Berrien Toys for Kids have programs aimed at assisting the underprivileged. Fire Departments within the County are faithfully served by trained volunteers. Multiple churches and other places of worship are available throughout all of the towns and the rural county as well.
